Nurses at this place is NOT deaf friendly, i dont think they ever had proper training as nurse says they did….
put your attitude aside and dont roll your eyes when finding out that we cannot communicate in your preferred method of communication.

I used to be a patient of Dr.Gupton and was eventually moved over to Dr.Hagenson when he joined the practice. Dr.Hagenson is truly the best practitioner I’ve had in my lifetime. He shows he truly cares about his patients whether it be a medical issue or just life in general. I hope to remain his patient as long as he practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would ask.

I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years. Dr. Daugherty was originally my doctor till he retired and then Dr. Smith took over and I absolutely loved having Dr. Daugherty and Dr. Smith now.. She has taken the time to listen to us and didn't try and rush the appointment. The first time my husband and I saw her she already had read up on our medical history and was willing to do more research on things that I had brought up. I much rather see her than the other doctors in this office. Only reason why it's 4 star instead of 5 is because of the ladies who answer the phones are usually

Moved to town a few months back. Needing to get established somewhere. Made an appointment, appointment was moved at minimum of twice due to covid. No biggie, totally understand. Finally get to my appointment. Voice some concerns with my history. Do standard lab work. Get a call with results, which mind you, has wrong information on my records, someone is confused, or they are reading wrong patient info. Without going into too much detail, I have called with no resolution because apparently I need some follow up measures, and not really sure that I will get a phone call back. So, first and last

Worst decision this clinic made was in hiring Dr Smith. Her values don’t line up with those of us in this community and she’s just rude. All the other doctors here are great though which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Please find someone else to replace her.

UPDATE **Changed from 1 to 4. Office manager called and Apologized for the miscommunication her office staff relayed to me. She went ahead and booked me a consultation to get me back into rotation for the next time I might be sick. Met my new Doctor Who was very pleasant and they even squeezed me in early enough so I could go to work later and not miss. With all the places that normally wouldn’t care I was surprised that someone took the time to read my review, call me and make it right. Thanks **

I've been with this place 16 years it used to be good. Now they treat you like a number. Doctor can't remember my name even though i've seen him 3 times in one month. Says they'll call you back but never do. I fell down asked them to look at my knee they don't do it. I have zero confidence in my doctor's ability to help me. I will not be going back. If you are considering this place...take your family and run like your life depends on it because it surely does.

I have been with this facility for 13 years. Today is the day I’m finding a new office. Seen dr on 8/6 here it is 9/3 I am delayed for a surgery because the office manager needs more than a month to write a medical release so I can have my surgery. Hope someone isn’t in dire need of a life threatening emergency that they have to wait on the office to do anything.

I had my "annual routine checkup" here, covered by my employment benefits. The staff was kind and gentle. The whole place was clean and sanitized like a hospital.
This facility shares it's information with the Covenant Health district, including another office in downtown Clinton.

Dr. Daugherty is the best! He's been caring for my WHOLE family for many many years. He delivered myself and my 2 sons before he quit delivering babies :) my son was his last delivery. Dr. Daugherty also cares for my grand parents, my parents, my sisters, my nieces, my kids, my aunt, my cousins ,etc. He has a great sense of humor and always makes you feel comfortable. He's down to earth and not up tight. He is a great person in many many ways! The staff has changed I do believe. I haven't seen some people that usual are there. I think their old lab staff was amazing! Here lately I haven't been
