My elderly parents cannot get their routine medications filled from this office. They are established patients, who had in office appointments in June or July, but my dad has been without his blood pressure medication for over a month. My mom has been without her omeprazole for 2 weeks. We nor Kroger pharm can get an answer as to why.. not the first time this issue has happened

Can't even get a doctor's note for testing positive for covid. They have had 2 days and tomorrow my doctor will be off. So, probably won't get it until Thursday or Friday. They should make a point to get things done at least 3 times a day. If not at least put the office people to work or get more help. Knowing that people need the doctor's note for work. And it ain't like they don't have my covid results. Or at least return my phone calls.

Was in need of emergency care to get my records looked at so I could get a note for my work. The doctor was sweet and knowledgeable. They saw me within 2 days and the doctor was really good. She saw what the problem was and gave me the resolution I needed. The only problem is that I was in there to get a mask exemption letter from the doctor bc I couldn't wear a mask in public but while I was there waiting for the release, they kept trying to get me to wear a mask. 🤦♀️ 😜

Wonderful staff. Dr. Patel doesn’t rush in and out but actually takes the time to listen and check whatever needs done. Her nurse Sam is always kind and returns calls quickly, unlike previous places I’ve been. Their lab and phlebotomists are very good. They don’t just stick you randomly but make sure they can get it first. The front staff are always polite and helpful.

Worst place ever to receive medical attention. If you think ibuprofen cures all this is the place for you — that is if they spend longer than five minutes in your presence. The Covenant system is trash so come here if you want no help at all. The Hippocratic Oath to do no harm really takes a hit with this place. I beg you go somewhere else to treat your illness,

I have seen Dr.Deo for years, this past year every time I call no matter what is going on she covid tests. Even after I showed her I had tested negative she tested me again to which (after it came back negative like it did 2 days prior from work) I called 2 days in a row begging for a chest xray because my oxygen had dropped below my normal range and my chest hurt extremely bad everytime i breath. After me physically going to office i find out my chest xray was normal but she wanted me to get my esophagus stretched. How she got from my chest hurting to getting my esophagus stretched is beyond me

Dr. Deo is phenomenal and everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful but the entire business has become a terrible experience because of Methodist Medical taking charge. Can never get anyone on the phone anymore and the wait time is ridiculous. Thank you Methodist for ruining another perfectly good medical office.

Alison is the best! She has the best bedside manner that I've experienced in years! She actually seems to listen AND care about what is going on & your situation. A doctor that cares about the patient & not just the money is hard to find nowadays! Alison always knows me by name! Thank you Oliver Springs Family Physicians!! Keep up the excellent work!

I have been a patient for years. It's extremely busy. My main complaint is you can never get through on the phones. They stay constantly busy. It seems like they are taking on more and more patients which means you get to spend very little time with the doctor. Also having to have multiple appointments for different issues related to the same issue means multiple copay charges which is difficult for people who live where we do where pay isnti that high

I've been going to Dr. Deo for a few years now & I absolutely love this place! They're always friendly everytime I go in & I can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience with them yet. My mother, step-father & aunt also see her & all of us agree that Dr. Deo is an awesome doctor! I have never felt rushed by her while talking to her & she actually listens to her patients & genuinely cares about how your doing & wants you to feel your best.
*At first I had to be on a waiting list before I had my initial visit with her, (I have Tenncare for my insurance & she only takes a limited amount of Tenncare
