We hired Jason Finnegan to build a new two tiered deck (designed by an architect) and are pleased to recommend he and his crew for a deck remodel job. Jason followed our contract efficiently by communicating with me throughout the project. He consulted the architect when necessary and completed the remodel ahead of schedule. Hie crew of carpenters were conscientious about maintaining the integrity of the site and left our backyard clean of debris everyday.

We used Jason, the owner of Precision Renovations, for several jobs. He fixed some siding, installed a door and then we used him to resand, refinish and repair our hardwood floors. The process took much longer and was poorly done. We decided to just live with it and move on. However, a few months later the floors he repaired started warping in a tent like fashion. We contacted him to help remediate the problem. He never even came by to look at it. We sent him pictures and he said it was due to the humidity of the summer. The truth is he never acclimated the wood before install. After that he completely

Jason at Precision Renovations did a fantastic job remodeling my entire home! It was a project months in planning, and after receiving a couple of bids, I decided to go with Precision Renovations. We touched almost every surface and added an additional bathroom. Jason helped me bring my vision to life and was great to work with- So patient - despite my many requests! All the work was done up to code and without short cuts. Jason made sure to pull all permits and to have inspections completed and signed off by the city.

We have used Precision Renovations for trim work, minor job in laundry room and building a garbage can enclosure, we were very pleased with the process and results. The quote process with Jason Finnegan was really easy, he even helped us with getting approval from our HOA. Jason is friendly, competent, efficient and a perfectionist. Each job he arrived on time, finished what he said he would and cleaned up when done. He communicated well about the schedule and job status and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. We would definitely use Jason Finnegan for future work, and we highly recommend
