In 1990 we built our first home with Tom Zook. He went over the options to fit our budget. Tom did not waiver from his estimate. There were no surprises.
Tom was always available. He used quality subs and quality materials resulting in a superior, well built house.
The house was finished on time and on budget.
Everyone we have recommended to Tom has had a positive experience and pleased with the end result.
We would never consider using another contractor. Since 1990, we have built 4 homes with him.
Over the years,Tom’s reputation is known for quality, integrity and performance.

Tom Zook was our builder contractor for a very extensive renovation in Greenwood Village last year. We chose him because neighbors had recommended him and since we were new to the area we took their advice. They were correct. We found Tom to be highly professional, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and ethical. In addition he always has a very positive attitude and approach to his work and clients. Lori Zook was equally admirable in handling the accounts. She responded quickly to any questions and was such a nice person to deal with. I highly recommend the company!
