Separate from the main complex, but close to the pool, shuffleboard courts and docks, this four bedroom home away from home is perfect for private parties, family reunions and business meetings. This is available by the day or week, or even longer, with full maid service provided daily. Catered meals can also be easily arranged.
Watch the fantastic oceangoing vessels and the breathtaking sunsets, after which you can relax with friends and family at Captain Nick's Lounge. The hotel offers a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, including a universal gym, a pre-core elliptical machine, treadmill and spinner bike. One of the greatest pleasures in life, as well as one of its most unique exercises, is the art of creating a fine dining experience. In 1945, my parents, Louis & Tina Williams, advertised "Food For Particular People." Today we are continuing this philosophy. We use only the freshest products and combine them with care and finesse to create the following menu.
The above dinners include: Soup, Garden Fresh Salad, Fresh Vegetable, Rice or Potato, Dinner Rolls, Relish Dish, Beverage and Dessert. Chicken Cordon Bleu - breast meat stuffed with ham and swiss cheese served with a currant burgundy sauce. Chicken Marco Polo - A boneless Breast of Chicken stuffed with ham, broccoli, and cheddar cheese, breaded then sauteed and served with a poulet sauce.

So enjoyable. Wonderful service. A view you can't get anywhere else of the St Lawrence sunset. Kurt Ramsey performed on keyboard.The owner, Lou Williams made the rounds through the dining room, in his tux, while taking a short break from his duties hosting a wedding by the River.
