Aaron and his team at Northtown Insurance did a fabulous job putting together a home/auto insurance bundle for us today. Not only did we save $400 annually on our car insurance, but the coverage on our home includes protection we did not have with other providers. And in this continuing season of health and safety concerns, the video quote provided with the downloadable pdfs was so informative and we didn't have to fuss with masks and other safety protocols. Joe is always friendly and willing to go out of his way to help find insurance products for my clients. He has even gotten licensed in other states just to help me out. These guys are awesome! I thought “customer service“ was a thing of the past, but these guys work just as hard on upholding the relationship aspect as much as the business itself! A long-time State Farm client, we've been unimpressed recently with what we perceive as a deterioration in the value that company places on both timely communication as well as making the claims process fair and transparent. So I called Megan at North Town Insurance and asked her for quotes. Out of the gate it struck me just how much THIS COMPANY GETS IT. Megan was kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. 4 stars only because I am a new client and I believe every company deserves the opportunity to better themselves and obviously lessen the rating if warranted. That being said, I worked with Aaron and he was very thorough and responsive to my needs and questions. I received my COI the same day via email and a copy of all the documents I signed in his office. A small thank you letter and gift card arrived a few days later as well as 3 follow up emails from Joe and Aaron with "thank yous" and links to other helpful tips to better my business.

Great customer service! Lisa was so helpful in getting us started and connected with our insurance agent, Aaron LeBlanc. We would gladly recommend anyone to receive help from North Town Insurance. If i could give a negative review I would. I called over 2 weeks ago. Spoke with Mat Paulson who assured me that he would call me 2 business days later. He didn't. I called his receptionist told me he was at the farmers market and would call me the following day. I called the following day after waiting most of the day for the return call. No call and the receptionist said he was in and transferred me. His assistant told me he was not in and out sick (interesting small office hard to not know the person you just said was in the office suddenly became ill) and the assistant assured me

There were at least 3 reviews on here, that were FAKE!! ... 3 of these reviews (ALL posted the same day 3-4-16) are from employees that work at North Town, Heather G, Megan C and Linnea W. Last 2 at bottom where says, not currently recommended. I Flagged for removal.

My experience with North Town Insurance was absolutely fabulous. Aaron Mann got me a quote very quickly, worked hard to make sure I was getting what I needed, gave me his honest opinion and even stayed after closing time to help me! Not to mention he saved me several car payment's worth of money per year! I couldn't appreciate his effort more; I feel secure in my policies and that peace of mind is priceless. If you aren't going through North Town Insurance already I'd highly recommend at least getting a quote. It can't hurt, but it sure could save you some money!

I purchased a car and the dealer called Northtown Insurance. Upon signing up for insurance Northtown snuck in an "Agency Fee" to the bill without notification. I admit I signed the paperwork agreeing to the Agency Fee. However, there was no explanation or warning of this fee. If I had gone directly to the insurance company I would have avoided the $150 fee. I would recommend cutting out the middle man, and just go directly with the insurance company unless you have the money to burn.

I live in Seattle, but when I bought my car, the dealer tossed in a card for Northtown, so I called them. I have been SO INCREDIBLY happy with them and I have recommended them to others.
