I recently filed two claims for repairs on my vehicle, one from March 2020, and one from June 2021. We couldn’t get our car repaired in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic and was told by State Farm claims that we could bring it in for repairs after things opened up again. Our car was vandalized with more body damage this June so we reported it to State Farm for repair. They stated they would take care of both claims. Our vehicle was just repaired and we are extremely happy with it! The repair work was outstanding and the service from State Farm was outstanding! I would specifically like to

I didn't realize how great Kit Brennick's office was until I moved out of state and had to go through another agent. Kit's office is super responsive, always either answering the phone or calling right back, and following up when necessary. Super friendly and helpful too. They were even very supportive when I was in an at fault accident when I was young and had no idea how to navigate the situation. I sure wish I could switch back!!! Thank you for all the years of awesome service!

Before I moved from Central California’s San Joaquin Vally 6 years ago I asked my a State Farm agent if 15 years for a recommendation of a State Farm Rep here in Spokane. He suggested Kit. His recommendation was spot on. Kit and her team have taken good care of me and my family’s insurance needs since we got here. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I've been with kit since she opened the doors.i wouldn't change companies just to save a few buck. You can't get same service by saving couple dollars.kit always goes over and above for her customer. She has helped me so many times and her staff are the real thing when it comes to customer service. I am proud to say I'm a life long customer and proud of the service I received. I"ve been with State Farm for over 50 years and with Kit Brennick for 30 plus years. Over the years Kit has regularly sent me notices for reviewing my policies.
