In this fierce market where buyers are bidding so competitively, I worried that my first offer to buy wouldn't be accepted, but Lloidy won the bid for me against many others who also wanted this house. After that, the real icing on the cake arrived when Lloidy's negotiation won for me thousands of dollars over the estimated cost of repairs. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and recently closed on a lovely townhome style condo. Our agent was Luisa Castro, and she was FANTASTIC. Luisa was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. I tend to be a very anxious person who asks a lot of questions, and Luisa was excellent about answering them all! She was also in tune with our home preferences and found us several outstanding properties (as well as the one we won :-D).
