They told me they'd been in business for over 12 years. I never communicated with anyone that had ownership just a sales lady. I am in the market for a stove currently. I am one that will shop everywhere to get the best price for the best product. There's one thing that I cannot stand is whenever a salesperson will literally stand behind you, whether it's 2 ft 10 ft or 20 ft. All the while, she never took her eyes off of me and everything that I looked at or touched she would say something about that product immediately before I could even open a door. Had to buy a new stove. Bad time to have to do it but no stove meant no turkey or ham. We bought a used one a couple months back at a used appliance store in Knoxville.never buy from Hunley Turner. Appliance in Knoxville It came with a 90 day warranty which they said we didn’t know what we were talking about that there was nothing wrong with the stove. Well oven wouldn’t come on so yes something was wrong. Lesson learned. Will only buy new when it comes to a stove. From: Linda M
