I would recommend (and have) to anyone to call Benefit Packages when applying for health insurance. The staff makes this process so easy. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. When I found a job that provided insurance, I sent an email requesting the cancellation of insurance and it was done without any follow ups or problems! Great staff! Great service!

Best service ever! I I had no idea that there are still people who really care about my needs and they were amazing helping me determine what was best for my situation. Every time I call they are always available to help me. They go above and beyond. They even helped me set up my Medicare and then pick the plans that were best suited for me and what I could afford. I worked with Agostini Zoida regarding a payment issue for my annual Medicare premium. Gus went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me, providing what I consider to be an exemplary level of customer service. In order to resolve my issue, instead of giving me another telephone number and referring me to the folks who could assist me, Gus offered to make the call for me, took care of everything, then called me to advise that my situation was handled.
