Our family has been coming to Cherry Hills Dental for 20 years. Unfortunately, over the past 3 years the level of service & care has been slipping. Hygienist turnover has been high & the ones working there now are not empathetic to your personal needs. The dentists seem more concerned about accommodating their own schedules, canceling on short notice, limiting their schedule availability & quickly looking at my mouth PRIOR to my cleaning because I was the last patient of the day & they didn’t want to wait for the hygienist to finish. This has never happened in the 20 years I have been going here

Cherry Hill is the best dental in Colorado.Dr Gibbs and his assistant were amazing they did amazing dental repair . The team restored my confidence in dentistry.

What a positive & calm experience! What is normally a stressful event for me, going to the dentist wasn't a borderline traumatic time. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Pfalzgraf & Jen did a remarkable job! I went in with a cracked tooth and left with a renewed smile. I recommend Cherry Hills to everyone!

This is the best practice I've been to in a long time. They took good care of me and explained in good detail the work that i would be needing to get done. I originally went in for a consultation and Dr. Gibbs was able to fit me into his schedule quickly to take care of two fillings I needed. If you're looking for great customer service along with great care I'd recommend coming here for dental work. Dr. Gibbs and his assistant were both very great today. 10/10

I have been going to Cherry Hills Dental for years. Every technician I have had has been great! Renee took care of my cleaning today. Extremely gentle, thorough and she even put warm water in the tank! For those of us who have cold sensitivity, you know what I mean. There was some issue with the insurance. The great office staff said they would try it and contact me if there was actually a problem. Dr Pfalzgraff was personable and professional as always. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Bass has been my dentist due to my schedule. A very personable gentleman who is very skilled. I need a lot of work and he is very upfront about treatment options. When discussing capping a tooth he did note that it may only work for a few years and offered other options that would be financially more prudent.
I had a previous dentist that capped a dying tooth that needs to be pulled, that is a very poor practice.
I highly recommend all 3 Dentists, over the last couple of years I have been treated by all three and they are all the best dentists in the south Denver Metro area.

They are amazing! Ive now been going to them for 31 years and I don’t foresee that changing. My hygienist Star is the nicest and sweetest person and is always as gentle as possible. I hope I never need any other Dentists office because they wont be able to hold a candle to the level of care that Cherry Hills has had over the years.
