My vehicle was hit and sustained light damage, the other drive who has Progressive asked me to get an estimate and they would pay it out of pocket not the insurance company. I related all this to the individual that answered my call. He asked me if Progressive was going to meet me there at the shop. I repeated that the other party was paying it out of pocket not the insurance company. He then informed me that they will not perform estimates after 4PM and that I would need an appointment to get an estimate. None of this is in the Yelp information nor on their website. Dellinger's may do excellent

I've had my car repaired here after being hit two different times. Each time they've been great to work with and the quality of their work is impeccable! Don't be alarmed by the time it takes to get in, because it's worth it. I was living over 3 hours away when I was hit last time and l still chose to get my car repaired by them because I trust their work. Plus they work well with the insurance companies and I have not had to pay anything extra.

I just got my car back from this shop. When I pulled into the lot I actually said "That one can't be mine." It's so clean and shiny that it looks practically the same as the day I bought it 3 years ago.
You can't tell that there was ever any damage, and in addition to that they gave it a pretty decent detailing, cleaning, buffing and touching it up which was all included. This was my first experience with Dellinger's and while I hope it will be my last, I would highly recommend them based on my experience with them! They do excellent work and their customer service is outstanding! Finding a detailed car when I came to pick it up was an unexpected and greatly appreciated surprise! This is the go to place for auto body work in mechanicsburg. They are very reasonable with their prices, my first visit they did not even charge me since it was just a quick fix. The staff here are courteous, friendly and looks out for their customers. The owner always greets you with a welcoming warm smile as soon as he sees you in his business.

I just pick up my vehicle that had been in for auto body work. It looked brand new again. They even took the time to clean the inside. Wasn't expecting that one. They were professional in their dealings. Friendly and trusting. A little out of the way for me, but well worth the extra time to get there.
