Groundwrk was born from the old school agency world where we worked on some of the nation's most recognizable brands, industry-shaking startups, and some flat out cool local companies. We noticed that the traditional "full-service" model was broken and overpriced so we set out to create a new type of firm - a specialty shop with an (albeit weird) obsession with websites and a flair for creating killer brands.

Air Methods is an industry giant that supplies emergency medical aircraft and crew to hospitals, police, and fire departments nationwide. Their old website was outdated, a nightmare to manage, from a non-dev perspective, and a personal eyesore on the leadership team. Long story short - the end result is a website that the company is proud of from the top-down.
Cypheron Healthcare Solutions is a healthcare billing solutions partner that was undergoing a complete rebrand. This included a new name. TinyWins did a great job creating a name and brand that we could expand upon via the website. Their new website is the shining star amongst a forest of dull look competitors and positions the brand as a top-tier choice for their target audience.
To be considered for this role, you must have a BA/BS in a relevant field with at least 2 years of Project Management (or Account Management) experience within a creative agency. This is an extremely detail-oriented role that requires the management of internal team members and clients. You must be an effective, and friendly communicator that is not afraid to keep clients, creatives, and developers on track.

We're constantly surprised by the lack of websites that are utilizing free, easy to install tools that provide valuable.
