Worst company i ever dealt with. Failed to communicate other than girl in office. Started repair on spa early last fall and service still not complete. Called many times and all i heard was waiting for parts and then when they received said they would be out the following week but naturally never showed. Called another company to finish job.

First year using this family owned business. VERY competitive pricing. We have a complicated pool to learn and they were up for the challenge. Also, our heater went and we were having a pool party and they quickly replaced it (even dealt with our annoying equipment fence) in plenty of time and also did an extra thorough weekly cleaning to boot because they knew we were having company. THEY CARE. They want to succeed. They work with you! They listen!

What a great couple of people. I went there seeking parts to my filter and very frustrated. I believe her name is Jill, put me right at ease. As a pool owner, you know how things can get trying to fix things!
She told me, her husband Lance, would be over the next morning.
I told her I couldn't afford service at the moment. She said her husband would come over and see what was up. He did . What a great man. He helped put my filter back together and now the system is running better than it has in years.
I promised them that they now had a greatful new customer!!!
