BAD! BAD! BAD! I had them open and close my pool for years. When they closed the pool in the fall, I thought everything was set for the winter. When they came in spring to open my pool, they called me about a problem. The pool heater was leaking from the internal manifold. They bypassed the heater to get the filter working. They took apart the heater so they could get a new part. After two weeks, I had to call them. They said the problem was a chemical imbalance that caused the manifold to crack. I flipped out! They did not purge the water out of the manifold in the fall and the water cracked the
