Fleur Bake Shop is located in beautiful Whitefish, Montana and is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Whitney Brien. Baking and cooking for friends and family have been a part of Whitney's life since childhood. After graduating in 2012 from L'Art du Gateau program at The French Pastry School in Chicago, Illinois, Whitney worked in both Colorado and Portland, Oregon, where she continued to learn, practice and hone her pastry craft.
At Fleur Bake Shop, our approach to fine pastry, cake, and bread is to combine the highest quality ingredients and a lot of love to create a treat with the perfect amount of texture, sweetness and delicacy. All of the bake shop's offerings, including wedding cakes, are made from scratch and are rotated to reflect a seasonal awareness.

Services
We offer cakes for any kind of special occasion; birthdays, anniversaries, or just for the hell of cake. Please allow at least 48-hours in advance for special order cakes, and some other select items. Cupcakes are available with a minimum of one dozen per order, for $36/dozen, or $42/dozen for filled.

My wife and I went to this bakery for the first time today. I ordered a mocha and my wife a cappuccino. My wife was very happy with her coffee, and I thought mine was pretty good. We also ordered a brownie and almond poppyseed muffin and quite honestly they were the best we have ever had. The bakery itself is very clean, great atmosphere, and very friendly employees. Highly recommended!

On our walk around downtown Whitefish I'm so happy we stumbled upon this gem! The staff was quick and friendly! Were helpful when I asked for a recommendation for something non-caffeinated.
Their raspberry tart was perfectly crumbly and the filling was so perfectly smooth and sweet.
Their blood orange tea was refreshing and my partner truly enjoyed their cold brew.
A great little stop for a pick me up while on a lovely stroll in Whitefish.

We came here for a quick coffee stop around 11am. I wanted to try their macarons but they were already sold out by then! Inside was bright with decent seating options and the decor had a lot of greenery which was pleasant to look at. For their menu, they had many tea and pastry options available. We ordered the following:
-regular coffee (4/5): Had a strong, solid coffee flavor and it was pretty hot when served! They put two cups together to help with the heat.
-iced chai tea latte (3.5/5): It's a good drink, but it's not quite the taste we were expecting. It could be that it was iced

It was ok! We visited on a Sunday... that was probably the wrong time to visit, as they were out of most things. We got the ham and guyere cheese sandwich. It was ok. We got the basque cake. It was ok. We got the bourbon macaroon - it was fantastic. If it hadn't cost $2.50 for one the size of a coin, I would have gone in and got more.

So stinking cute. Absolutely love their aesthetic. I got an americano - it was actually really reasonably priced and tasted amazing. Love that they have some gluten free and vegan options (although nothing is both GF and V). Would def come again. Spent a lovely couple hours on their little outdoor seating area working on my resume. 10/10.

We had a delightful breakfast at Fleur this morning. Their pastry selection is fantastic; I’m not sure why I’ve never seen chocolate orange croissants before, as that combination is fantastic.
We also tried their quiche, some canelées and an egg-salad tartine, and everything was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend!

I always dreamed of a macaron tower for my wedding and the team at Fleur made it possible. They were fresh and delicious and amazing! Everyone who works at Fleur is knowledgeable, kinda, and seems to enjoy their work. I definitely recommend! Their s’mores macaron flavor were my fav but the salted Carmel and huckleberry were really good as well.

If you're looking for a perfect bakery that takes extreme care with everything they do - Fleur is the place.
Everything is made in house and is unbelievable. The croissants take 3 days to make, the sourdough is ridiculous, and the jamon sandwiches are the best.
Do not visit Whitefish without stopping by, it's becoming a staple. Great job to your team, you should be very proud!

Croissant and cinnamon roll were delicious.
Skipped ordering coffee because it seemed quite labor intensive and slow to make one. While we were waiting (15 min with 3 people on front of us) there seemed to be a lot of movement without a lot of output.
Cute interior.
Be sure to pack your patience for the yummy pastries.
