Wow! This place is amazing, my insurance company initially had booked me with Safelite but that turned into a nightmare! So I told my insurance company I'll find a company myself and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I was in a hurry because my truck needed a small dent fixed on the hood and the truck was only going to be in the shop for two days. I wanted it all done in one location so the night before I was scheduled to pickup the truck, I googled auto glass repair and PASS AUTO GLASS was one of many that popped up. My husband has had a cracked windshield on his 2005 Toyota 4 Runner for years. Not a big deal. He dealt with it. Well today, while moving some stuff in the back of the car, his back window was completely busted out.
In a slight panic (With all that is happening in our world today) , I looked up Safelite Auto Glass. We have used them a few times in the past. Nearly $600 for both windows and no appointments available (Mobile or in person) for over a week.
I next found Pass Auto Glass. Ulises answered my call immediately. They were swamped but fit us in the same day. Ulises did an AMAZING JOB

I googled auto glass near me, and Pass auto glass popped up. I was directed to their website and was instructed to leave my name, number, year, make, and model. The estimate popped up immediately. I then went to Safelite to get an estimate which was $150 more! (And an additional $35 to come to you)Ulises from Pass auto glass came to my location and did it in 30 minutes!

Would Highly recommend to anyone. Got a small rock chip on my new challenger while on the freeway. I did a quick search online and found Pass Auto Glass gave them a call was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. They came within 2 hours. Very quick response and affordable, Ulises was very professional.

Professional, decent rates (way better than SL) and when quoted prices, I was given the price of the better, UV protected material as opposed to $10 savings of the cheaper glass that another local vendor offered, (without offering the knowledge of their being a better product for a slight increase of price, with UV protection...)
It's my kids in the back seat! So $10 may make the other guy cheaper to save the price if a lunch at McDonald's - is that value worth putting my kids at risk for UV sun damage here in the desert?)
So because of these factors...
1) price compative to other local vendor
