I went in for a tire leak and they told me we'll check it if you rotate your tires I was ok with that they said the fixed it. I still had the leak. When I came back they didn't have the help to look at the tire and told me to come back. I have done business for years here. I will be try someone new for the repair.

My car was making a knocking and clunking sound at the rear suspension, and there was vibration and a knocking sound at the front drivers side. Obviously suspension! I requested a "suspension inspection" to find out what was going on. They took my car in, and told me they couldn't find anything wrong, except that the passenger rear sway bar link (that I installed) was not tightened enough. And that maybe I should go get a second opinion. (Pretty bad that they are not confident in their own assessment.) I asked if they could tighten it, and they said that they wont follow somebody

Customers beware if you allow their incompetent staff to drive your vehicle! It's your word against theirs and they like to make promises they won't keep. It's unfortunate that they've taken advantage of a honest, wonderful family that I've know for almost 30 years. They have refused to compensate them for the damage done to their RV by one of the employees. The insurance has finally settled with them, but it's $1435 LESS than what they paid for the RV. They went back to Bosley with the hope that they'd make good on the money they were out, to no avail.

I went to Bosleys tires to put rims on my new car. I picked out two sets I liked, had them to put one on. After putting them on I informed the salesman I didn't like that one. Because it was near closing time he told me to come back Monday and they would switch them out. Unfortunately for me they needed to talk to the owner who was not available that day nor the next day nor the next day. Now its Friday, a whole week has gone by. The salesman informed me that the owner would not make the change because the (RIMS ARE USED NOW) and he could not resale them.

I have used Bosley tires for years and find they to be better on price than most places I checked. I have been a mechanic for years and have not seen any problems in their service department. Being a mechanic I usually watch and notice the work being done on my auto. I have always had a Good Job all round...
