Really nice and also professional. There were toys for my 4-year old daughter to play with and the lady at the front desk was talking to her to keep her busy, which was very nice.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Well first I had engine mounts replaced, then the lifts for my hatch and then had them check my battery. Very reasonable prices every time, Colleen is very kind and respectable and they get the job done. I keep going back every time something comes up with my cruser for a reason.

I called Colleen on a recommendation from my brother Brandon Whipple. I was only in town for a week and needed to get my son's brakes looked at and his air conditioner wasn't working. We brought the car in on a Thursday and left it while the whole family went out of town. Colleen and crew had the car done in one day! She went the extra mile to double check the ac the day we picked it up to make sure it was still working and left instructions should it stop working again. When picking it up that Monday, my mom and I had a great conversation with her! She was so sweet and easy to talk to. Price was

The repair work was done efficiently correctly the first time. It was also done in a very efficient time. The repair work that was needed to be done on the car was price very fair. The customer service without standing in the technicians is very informing. Wouldn't recommending the other place but this one

I own a used car dealership and service center in Chicago so I know alot about this industry and the way it operates (which is not always the best). I had a customer car break down in Wichita and thus ran into South Seneca car care. The owner, Coleen, was competent, friendly and very reasonable with price. She even suggested a lower cost way to fix the car than putting a new part on (which means if you have an older car that you want to really drive into the ground, she can help you do so in a manner that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg). Based on my interaction I would highly recommend

Ok so i just got home from South seneca car care. I was told by another repair shop that the rattling noise in my engine was that i needed to replace my power steering pump. On getting a third opinion from South Seneca, my repair cost went from $4500.00 to $600.00. I met Coleen the owner, and David the customer care rep. They offered me free wifi while i did my school work, free coffee, i think i found me an honest repair shop!!. If you are looking for a good repair shop, here it is. South Seneca Car Care, they will take care of you.
