Services
Saigon Alley started as a food truck by Rachel Conn in the summer of 2017. Rachel decided to create a menu based on Southeast Asian cuisine because she loves the flavors and combinations of fresh ingredients and aromatics. It is our belief that even though we are in Montana, we have access to many of the fresh, local ingredients that make these recipes beautiful.
We are changing up the menu to reflect some of our favorite, savory options that go perfectly with fall. We will highlight some of our delightful WARM dishes that we feel can go with the cooler, wetter (here is hoping!) weather here in Montana. Additionally, we will be using some of the fresh produce from our local farmers, as well as some staple Montana products such as meats, vegetables and herbs.
Lunches are available in two forms. For parties 20 and under we recommend ordering off of our regular menu, and we can provide you with individual boxed lunches. If more than one food choice is requested, we require 48 hours' notice on the number of people who would like each dish. Thai Style Red Curry with Chicken or Tofu- Local chicken or tofu with our house-made red curry paste, seasonal vegetables, basil, and coconut milk.

What a treat it is to have such tasty food in Helena! Saigon has a great variety to choose from and often they have specials. I love their red curry and thai iced tea, but my favorite menu item is the curry popcorn! It's a must have! This restaurant is located in a great historic area that has amazing views of downtown.

Loved the food. We got our order for takeout, and while they are still working on smoothing out the experience, for only being open a week or so I'm impressed. The spring rolls were fresh and draped in spinach leaves, which, I had not seen before. Turns out they are not only great with the spring roll, but they keep your fingers from sticking to the wrapping. The curry was very creamy and had a nice spicy kick to it, needed some salt, but still very nice. The Bahn Mi was great: good pork, good veggies, and the bread was amazing. Holy moly! Who knew that a flavor extravaganza was located in Reeders Alley. This place is amazing! The flavors are superb! The quality is great! And location is super. Just eating Vietnamese food on a small patio looking at the mountains, what could be better. Get the popcorn for sure! Warning, if you are not a cilantro fan, vietnamese food is not going to be your thing. The Bahn Mi sandwich was out of this world. I was skeptical about carmelized pork, but it added a new depth of flavor to the sandwich. Friendly staff, cute set up, and delicious food....the perfect place for a Friday date night
