Some sixteen years later, in May of 1990, Bert and Ernie's purchased and renovated the old Globe Clothing Store building, packed up and moved down the street. The Globe had occupied the building from the turn of the century until the mid -1980's. Much of the building's original design was preserved with the restoration of the balconies.
In January of 1995, Bert & Ernie's opened Bleachers Sports Pub. In January of 2015, Bleachers relocated to the balconies above Bert & Ernie's. We added 21 HD TV's all controlled with satellite, internet and cable. There is literally no sporting event we cannot show. All TV's have the most optimum sound system in the ceilings above.

Great experience overall. Very nice server. Food was really good. I like the atmosphere with the antiques and sports. I would definitely recommend dining at Bert and Ernie's. All are oders including the soup were yummy. I was even impressed by the cleanliness of the building and restroom. The old tome local pictures on wall are very cool.

Service was horrible ☹
We were there with a group for a 50th class reunion and last to arrive it took more then 20 minutes for the wait staff to even acknowledge us and bring menus, the waitress behaved as if we were a inconvenience. unplesent and difficult to deal with. I could go on but I'll stop there.

For as expensive as it was, it was not that appetizing. The Mac and cheese with shrimp wasn’t even shelled. My walleye sandwich had plastic line in it, and the fries were burnt. And the Brussels sprouts were not as advertised on the menu. Nobody brought a drink menu out for us and the service was slow. Our waiter was nice but altogether the entire experience left a lot to be desired. I mean come on you get to use this name and you’re going to serve a mediocre menu.

Beer selection on tap was great. Server was great and very knowledgeable on the beers and the menu. We ordered nachos and shrimp Mac n cheese. The nachos were cold when they came out and did not have much flavor. The shrimp Mac was a very small serving of Mac and shrimp for the price. If we go again will be just for happy hour pints!

I wanted to give this a 2 but it wasn’t all bad. Definitely make sure to ask your server if anything has an up charge like ranch because that was a surprise. Just because they offer it doesn’t mean it’s free. The tomato soup tasted like salsa and the beef dip had some pretty shoddy cuts of meat in it, i.e. inedible cuts. The Reuben was actually really good as were the onion rings which is why I gave it three stars. The atmosphere inside is good and service was fine. I’d have a hard time recommending it but your mileage may vary.

To be fair this is Griz and Cats game weekend so the place is packed. Took a long time to get our drink order in, then the waitress forgot to get it drinks. Ordered a salad and a margarita pizza. The salad never came out. The pizza was prepared on a flat bread and was pretty good. I would give it another try when they are not so busy. I really wanted a salad as I loved the sales when they were in great falls.
