Debi's office is located in beautiful downtown Celebration, Florida-"the town that Disney built". Her spa, the Spa at Mirasol, is located inside the luxurious condominium residences, Mirasol at Celebration. Debi has been doing medical and cosmetic permanent makeup procedures since 1993.
She is one of the first permanent makeup practitioners in Central Florida and receives referrals from physicians throughout the southeast United States, for her knowledge of color correction, scar camouflage, areola pigmentation, and tattoo lightening.Debi is a Board Member and Convention Chair of the American Academy of Micropigmentation, and a CMI certified Micropigmentation instructor, as well as offers an approved AAM testing location.

I'm known to my clients as the "The Eyebrow Whisperer" because I love to implant tiny hair strokes of pigment along the brow line. I will design your brows to suit your face in its entirety, while complimenting every feature. The eyebrow is the "power feature" of the face and a well-designed brow has the potential to create a youthful lift.
Eyes, they communicate, captivate, smile and can speak silently, yet with incredible intensity. This is where we engage with another's face. Like a fine painting, I frame your eyes with a soft color of your choice. I can give a lift and lengthen the shape of your eyes, even make them appear larger and more animated.
Permanent lip liner and color can improve the appearance of lips for women and men. It helps lips appear more defined without surgery or fillers and restores color to lips that are too pale. Permanent lip liner eliminates the daily use of pencils to outline, fill-in, or reshape lip borders. Permanent lip color decreases the need to reapply lipstick or lip gloss.

I Came to Debbie to do permanent lip color, I paid $450 and I told her to get the pink color. After 2 weeks I called her back and said that my lips has no color at all. She told me to come back for a touch up. I went back to her and I picked the color I wanted. She started working on my lips and within less than 2 minutes she made her admin girl take her seat and she started coloring my lips. First she didn’t ask me if I I am OK with it, she also did not have any certification to prove that she is certified to do permanent makeup. My lips Started swelling and when she gave me the mirror to look

I went to have microblading with Debi at permanent make up by debi. I called and the team was professional, the facility is very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and the provider was very confident in her ability. I paid $400 and left an $80 tip. After my initial treatment I felt my eyebrows were asymmetrical, which is what I was trying to have corrected so I asked for a touch up. Debi gladly touched them up, but unfortunately did not correct the asymmetry. One eyebrow starts further back than the other. I sent her a picture, and text asking if she could have the eyebrows be the same distance

Debi is amazing! While not having eyebrows might seems a silly thing to be bothered about, it's actually important to me. I can't say enough glowing comments about Debi's skill, professionalism, talent and kindness. She took the time to be precise and didn't rush the job. I'm so happy with my results and she's saved me from being embarrassed and feeling frustrated with a daily routine of having to try to draw matching brows on each day. I'm so grateful to her!

I had a such a great experience getting my lips Procedure by Debi. She helped me to feel comfortable and calm. Now I finally have luscious, well defined lips! I was there a couple of years ago on vacation and wanted to touch up my eye brows. Someone suggested this place and the atmosphere was professional, staff was so kind only wish I could come back for lip liner and more. I live in Delaware and the distance is just too far. Highly recommended for your needs you will feel and look beautiful. Thank you
