Sarah Theophilus is a "Kiwi" (New Zealander), living in Florida for 15 plus years. She was born in Aotearoa, land of the long white cloud and the traditional home of Polynesian tattooing. She is a natural born artist and prodigy daughter of a world renowned artist, Julie Nowell. At an early age Sarah knew she wanted to be in the beauty industry.
Microblading, also known as 3D Feathering, Eyebrow Embroidery, and Semi-Permanent Makeup, is a relatively new method of creating a very beautiful natural-looking eyebrow. This method is ideal for individuals who are interested in filling in their sparse or sporadic eyebrows, have recently experienced hair loss, or are looking to streamline their morning routine.
Permanent Eyeliner frames the eyes and can make eyelashes appear thicker, darker and fuller. It eliminates the need to apply eyeliner with (makeup) pencil or liquid eyeliner. It can enhance the shape or balance the symmetry of an individual eyes, create the illusion of larger eyes, or affect how the spacing of the eyes is perceived.
Lash Lift is a beauty treatment that gives lashes lift, separation, & extra definition without the use of extensions or any harmful chemicals. Lash Tint- is a form of hair dye developed for specific use on the eyelashes. Eyelash tinting produces a similar effect to mascara. After months of research trying to find anywhere that could do a powder brow or anything other than just microblading I found Heavenly Brows. I always knew that I wanted the precise, dense, and filled in look but after looking at hundreds of photos from other businesses, I didn't see any results that were what I was looking for. I just finished the microblading process with Sarah (the initial appointment and then the 4-6 week touch up) and I am so happy! I’ve wanted to get them done for years but have been so hesitant, however the entire process was amazing. During our first phone call she answered all my questions as well as questions I didn’t even know I had. She was informative and thorough, and she quickly calmed all my nerves. I never get my eyebrows done since they’re very thick and dark, I find it hard to trust people touching them since they always seem to butcher them, but talking to Sarah and all the experience

Sarah is INCREDIBLE! She is an absolute PERFECTIONIST. I wanted microblading for YEARS but was hesitant to pull the trigger because I did not trust just anyone with my BROWS. I mean they are your BROWS for crying out loud! I finally made the decision to go with Sarah and my life has been changed. I mean it. My brows look natural and beautiful. I save time in the morning when getting ready and save money on expensive brow pencils. Sarah took her time and explained the process and healing process. I cannot recommend Heavenly Brows enough. I got powder eyebrows with Microblading. Sarah is excellent!!! She is kind, caring, Professional, and has a miraculous ability to detail. She works in a warm, very clean and immaculate suite. I’ve been wanting to do my eyebrows but always worried with how the result will turn out. After researching and comparing through Google and pictures on all social media, I decided to go with heavenly brow. I am so happy with that decision. Sarah is truly a professional in this line of work. She is a perfectionist and that’s why I love the result she delivered.
