Established in 1989 as New Wave Builders, the company struggled to stay afloat amidst the harsh winters and declining local economy of a small Central PA town. In 1995, our founder, Gregg Bratton, and his then fiance, Michele, moved to the Raleigh, NC area in search of new opportunities. Without knowing a soul in their new home state (and before the internet was "a thing"), Gregg and Michele pounded the pavement.
Gregg worked in the field every day and gave his business card to every one he met. Michele did the company's clerical work nights and weekends and promoted New Wave Builders through contacts she made working in the credit and mortgage industry. As the company continued to flourish, Gregg become a licensed General Contractor, and the business incorporated as New Wave Building Concepts in 2007.

These guys are the BEST! They did an awesome job with our sunroom addition plus they added beautiful tile look SVP there and continued it into our living room and kitchen area. Excellent craftmanship! Gregg is very knowledgeable, ethical and fairly priced. I highly recommend!
