Services
With hurricane season approaching, it is not too early to begin some basic preparation in case we are impacted. Medications that require refrigeration may be brought to the clubhouse, which has a generator, if your building loses power. ONLY refrigerated medication may be placed in the clubhouse refrigerator - anything else will be thrown out.
The Association office does not handle rentals. The Association is located in Hollywood, FL, and consists of 276 units in six buildings, referred to as Atlantis, Beacon, Catalina, Dolphin, Ebbtide, and Fountainhead. Watergate Condominiums is a multi-condominium, with each building a separate condominium, with slightly different rules regarding items such as renting and pets.

While it is a nice place conviently located on the water the management is horrible. For one you can ask a simple question at the office and they are almost always incredibly rude to you. There are always issues with property managers stealing funds. Cars get broken into and nothing ever gets done about it. It took them over 10 years to repair the clubhouse from Hurricane Wilma while they still had a high maintenance bill. They have a secret society where unless you are in the circle you have no idea what is going on as an owner. Their answer is to go to the meeting but it's nothing more than directors
