Mr. Aluma was so polite and professional. Scheduling the inspection appointment was easy. He came at the expected time, completed the inspection in a timely manner and even sat down with me and my husband and explained all the important points in the report. Shortly after I received all the documentation needed for closing on a purchase, faster that we expected. I use him for a home I was purchasing chase deal. This is a rip off inspection.do not use him. you get what you pay-for. Very disappointed, report is not complete report. When my husband question him about sprinkler pump, he said that is not part of his inspection.

We were first time home buys and expected that we would be getting an honest report. In the end there were numerous issues that the inspector did not note and instead noted issues like the carpet bunching in the living room vs the crack in the foundation, the rotted window and mold issues. Now a year later we need another inspection since we just had our roof replaced and our insurance said to call our previous inspector, Fernando ALuma, but I would not trust his report after it missed so many issues the first time. Used this service for a home inspection and was disappointed. He didn't see that the pipping was done incorrectly, garbage disposal was leaking, outside sliding door did not close completely and a crack in one of the Windows. Also he missed that the dishwater set up was incorrectly done, and water from the garbage disposal was flowing back to the dishwater causing it to smell and the whole house to smell. I would not recommend this inspector. I saw many inspectors that are through in their inspections.
