Worst Attorney anyone could use. Do not tell his client what is going on. Do not put forth any effort to help his client. Do anything the other side want him to do. Turn over his client to not have a good out come. Worthless as an attorney. Save your money and your time. I wish I had.

My brother was sentence to 20 years with this law firm in 2004 and our family has been in constant contact trying to get him to fix a sentence error that is making him do extra time in prison. We have offered to pay for his service even though it should be done for free. This is not the law firm you need to seek for help in no form or fashion

Charles Grose was the absolute worse attorney I have ever dealt with in my life!!! He is very unprofessional and do not have his stuff together!! He is never in his office and neither is his secretary. We drove 60 miles one way to his office only for him to tell us that he forgot we were coming or he haven’t had time to get to our case. He and his secretary made appts for conference calls and never even called!!! And this was about a lawsuit!!! I wouldn’t dare recommending him for a criminal case, u may get a thousand years!!! In other word I %100 agree with the other guy find someone else
