When we moved here we basically picked katie and her firm out of a hat. so glad we did. we have done 3 closings with her in the last 18 months. She and her staff are extremely professional, well prepared, and very knowledgeable. also, no intent to diminish the professional aspects of the business, but they are just good folks who are a treat to deal with. highly recommended!

Stoddard and Funderburk have ben gracious enough to work toward fixing my escrow issues and I also may add that the money was actually suppose to go back toward any and all repairs done. So yes the money is mine and I didn't know there was a protocol to follow. My sincere apologies to the law firm and anyone this may have affected.
