Very poor customer service. I had an issue and Keely instead of actually seeing what she could do for me as a customer, got extremely combative and argumentative with me on the phone to the point she was almost yelling at me. She literally spoke to me like I was a child and had a tone like she thought she was better than me and she could care less about my issues. No empathy nothing. Just basically too bad for you and it is what it is. She didn't even try nor wanted to try to help.
