I have been engaged in a lengthy dispute with Mark Matthews and MMA insurance. Short version is that the agency left the my detached garage uncovered. I didn't find out until the garage was severely damaged in a crash a few years later. The carrier told me the garage was never included in the list of coverages. I'm sure this move saved me a few dollars to give me a low premium, but it cost me thousands for trusting their guidance. They like to say they work for YOU and not an insurance company.

Bad service, never return calls, only time they will call you is when you miss a payment, it took over two weeks to cancel my insurance, in the end, I had to call the insurance company myself to cancel it. After you buy the deal through them, they would never do service for you again. Thank you, never again!!
