At Castle Creek Pediatric Dentistry, we take proactive steps to protect your children's oral and overall health so you can set them up for an active life with no limits. We, along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommend you bring your child in by his or her first birthday.
During your first visit, you will meet and talk with one of our assistants, and discuss your child's unique smile with ways to keep it beautiful for years to come.Depending on the age of your child, he or she will either be given a knee-to-knee examination (where your baby's head will rest on our doctor's knee while their body is on your lap) or a regular exam in the doctor's chair.

Services
We offer a whole-body health and wellness assessment to help you identify potential health risks associated with oral health and the proper development of your children's upper and lower jaws. There are a variety of potentially serious health risks associated with sleep and breathing disorders that may be the result of underdeveloped upper and lower jaws.

I've been taking my kids here for years. Ever since my adult boys were little. My last visit for my 12 yr old was ok. I just felt extremely uncomfortable. The dental assistants were very unprofessional and gossipy. Also, the appointments are so far out. It took 2 months for my daughter to get her cavity filled and by then it was too damaged. I love Dr. Simkins he's one of the best, but I won't be recommending them anymore.

My children love Castle Creek! We had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Ray and she was so very professional and kind. We always feel welcome and taken care of. My one year old had his first appointment recently and the fun environment and friendly staff made his visit a success. Thanks for all you do!

So conflicted on this dental office. Every single one of the staff that we interacted with was kind and helpful. The dentist who examined my child took the time to talk to me about all my concerns and I was very impressed with the thorough discussion.
However, maybe it's just me but the waiting area and office in general just didn't seem clean enough. Large, visible cobwebs and grime/discoloration existed on the walls and furniture. I considered leaving when I saw bugs dangling from the ceiling. The area where patients were being seen luckily, didn't seem as bad. Still, you could see enough ick

Dr. Simkins is the best! We have been going to him for years and we love him. He is always so kind and funny and really puts the kids at ease. My daughter had a traumatic tooth injury where she knocked out her two front teeth. Dr. Simkins and his staff took such good care of her. Earlier this year we thought we might be moving. When I told my daughter, the one thing that she was most concerned about leaving was her dentist! She was so happy that we ended up staying and could continue to see Dr. Simkins. We totally recommend Dr. Simkins and Castle Creek Pediatric Dentistry!

I called today and have never been treated more rudely. My daughter went for a cleaning July 14th. I was out of town so her dad took her. I told him not to schedule any follow-ups since he didn't have my schedule and I would take care of scheduling any needed followups after the appointment. He called me as they were leaving Castle Creek let me know that my daughter has a cavity and I needed to schedule a follow up appointment. I immediately called to schedule it and got their voicemail. I left a message and waited for a call back. 5 days later I still hadn't heard from them so I called again

We absolutely love everyone in this office. They are always so great. Recently they were a little unfair though. I have been trying to get my daughter's teeth cleaned at the surgical center since January or February now but there's been a few reschedules, some their fault and some my fault. My daughter had been sick a couple times I had to reschedule. Well this last time we had to reschedule without any warning they told me I had to find a new dentist which I thought was pretty unfair considering the circumstances.
