Do Not Use if you want to be treated with respect and compassion and have your attorney fight for you. The associate, Desaray, was impatient and acted as if it was a terrible inconvenience to be in contact with the client -who was paying her! It cost her over $10k and not an ounce of feeling the attorney was on her side. Mediation lacked professionalism and investment in the client's best interests. Some Law Firms are out to help people and others are out to make money. This one clearly lands in the latter category.

If you are a man going thru a divorce, don't do it with this law firm. My attorney completely sold me out to the opposing council and I caught her in it thru email. If I would have seen the end result earlier I would have left them for another law firm, but by the time I realized all that had happened it was too late. use someone else for the love of God, this was an awfully expensive lesson to learn and I don't want someone else making my same mistake.

Yikes! That pretty much sums it up. I paid for a 1 hour telephone consultation and she actually had a go at me because I didn't understand something and was asking questions!!! Umm - I am not a lawyer, that is why I PAID to consult one. This woman seriously needs to get another job that she actually enjoys. Please go somewhere else where you will, at the very least, be respected as a paying client.

They said all the right things in the beginning and only after the tens of thousands i spent they said to take a horrible deal and yelled at me while doing so. in the end i fired them and found a new laywer that got things handled asap. this group is horrible and i dont post things here but needed to . anyone can contact me for further info. in the end they said that they couldnt deliver on their promise and it is what it is.. they only want your money.....

Donna has represented my son in a child custody case and my wife and I in a grandparents custody case and she has done a masterful job. I don't know where my grandchildren would be without Donna. Rashelle Fetty handled my divorce. Some of the issues I have are with her, some with the firm and their practices. The TL;DR version is: slow, sloppy, non-standard (read, excessively expensive) billing practices.
When I first had my consultation I made it EXTREMELY clear that for safety reasons I was not ready to file yet, I was dealing with timing issues for safely extricating myself from my situation without the kids being disrupted any more than necessary.
She filed right away. I didn't find out about it until we were selling the house (for other reasons) and the divorce case showed

Frank Skipper recently handled our adoption case for us. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to adoption laws.
