Called ahead to be sure their alignment rack could accommodate the ride height of my track car and was assured it would be ok. Showed up and the splitter wouldn't clear. Offered to remove it on the spot and was quickly told they weren't going to align my car. Probably a fine place if you have a stock car, go elsewhere if you drive something custom.

New to Salem and had no idea where to go when I woke up to a leak in one of my tires due to a screw in it. Went to Cascade to see if they were able to patch the tire or if it needed to be replaced. They were able to repair it in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me a single penny! I appreciate their kind gesture and will be a loyal customer for my automotive/tire needs! Highly recommend!!

Had a cheap mount and balance of my winter tires this year. Went directly to Portland from my appointment and was scared to death on freeway the balance was so off. When I returned to Salem I had the guys at Cascade check the balance. It was off by at least 5oz. per corner, adding up to 22 oz. overall, and they surprised me by making it free! Do yourself a favor, skip the less reputable cheap tire shops and go to Cascade first. I should have. Thanks for your excellent service. You will be my first stop Cascade.

I took my truck here about 3 weeks ago for an alignment. Part of the process is to check the condition of the suspension components. During this check they determined that my truck needed 1600 dollars worth of work. They said it needed new lower ball joints, tie rod ends, a inner tie rod end, and a wheel bearing assembly.
I took note and went on my way. A few weeks later I had another shop check it out. This time I went to a shop that specializes in suspension. They determined that it did in fact need a new inner tie rod end, and thats it! No need for a wheel bearing assembly, no worn out ball

We were on a road trip all the way from Ct when our tire blew out in the highway. We put the spare tire on and managed to make it to this shop. Within 15 minutes they had got all of our information, changed the tire and checked us out. They gave us a great deal on the tire and were super nice! Highly recommend this place for great, fast work!

Cascade is the most incredible car place I've ever taken any of my cars. It is run by a wonderful and honest individual and all of the employees are so incredibly hard working and competent! There is no trickery here...they seek to earn customers through fair pricing and honesty. They are so fast too!!!! It's almost ridiculous. Love it!

As Jeff mentioned, the folks at the front desk are nice, but...
When I had the 75K maintenance done on my car they told me my tires were really worn. I didn't think that could be right because they only had about 27K on them AND Cascade had rotated them just a few weeks earlier and hadn't said anything about wear. So, I decided to return to Cascade.
1. The tires (Falken 912s) had 27K on them and they're warranted for 40K.
2. The fella at the counter said my car (Audi A4) really grips the road and wears down the tires.
3. He then offered me a $200 discount on a set of "

So far, I have purchased a full set of 20" good years for the rig. They had the best price on 20" tires, which are not cheap as many may know, and being Goodyear has not hurt my feelings at all. They also rebuilt my entire front end on the Chevy including steering box, ball joints idler arm etc... Hard to write a review so close after a major service, as you might not know the quality of work until you go down the road a while, but for now it is 4 star based on my tire purchase and getting my repairs done quickly under the gun...

Avoid this place.
The desk staff are nice and friendly. However, the people actually working on your car are technically incompetent. My parents had them rotate their tires. They overtorqued the front wheels badly enough to warp the rotors. A year or two down the line, I took their car in for a rotation (before I was about to replace the front rotors). The next day, I noticed that one of the center caps was missing, and that the remaining three were not snapped into place properly (this is on a '98 Jeep Cherokee). Now, a few months down the line, one of the rear lug nuts is missing
