Came here after my tire went flat. The owner was super accommodating to my situation even though I didn't have an appointment. Although they couldn't repair my flat cause my tires were too worn, they were kind enough to put my spare on. They didn't even charge me for the service! Great folks, will definitely be back.

I got my car towed here after closing and they were very professional with diagnosing my car. The guys here were very honest about the problem and did a great job fixing it. Also, my skid plate was broken and I had fixed it with duct tape but they used zip ties to fix it for free!! Very honest guys here, professional service, and good prices. Highly recommend!

Dennis and his son in law William were great to work with every step of the way. We traveled about a hour to look at one of their vehicles and they were responsive by email and very pleasant to work with in person. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and they were very much low pressure about our decision to buy or not. Once we decided we wanted the vehicle they were efficient and made the purchase process a positive one. Would definitely use them over and over if it works out that way in the future.

Best car experience between owning three cars, and going to a couple mechanics. They were very thorough with explaining my issue and the amount it would be. And keeping me updated on when my car would be ready. Only with my approval did they work on my car. There was no mystery to this experience which is huge with any car repair as issues get more complicated. Highly recommend!

I consigned my car with G and J. We arrived at a desired price and they took it from there, completing an inspection and detailing. Car looked great, and it surely helps displaying it on that corner. A couple of weeks and it was sold. I got what I wanted and so did they - a very positive experience.

I brought my old car in to get a cost estimate for the brakes and G and J Auto gave a much better price than Les Schwab. I dropped the car off in the morning and they had the brakes done right away in about an hour! They were very accommodating, professional, and kind. Could not be happier, the car is braking so well now, it's like night and day difference. No more metal screeching sounds or having to step really hard on the pedal. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend.

Very transparent pricing. I shopped around to get quotes over the phone, which is difficult, and G&J is the best in explaining the components and what might be extra charges. The bill is exactly same as the quote, and they put extra work to grind and replace a bolt. Both the towing company (use B&R, no bob's! spread the word!) and G&J provide amazing service and made a panic road accident much easier. Thank you!!

Best car mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They're quick, reasonably priced, and know what they're doing. We had to have our car towed there after breaking down over the weekend. They had the car ready to go by 2pm on Monday and it ended up costing much less than expected. I've had nothing but good experiences with them and would not take my car anywhere else.

Needed to urgently get my daughter's car in for a potential brake job right before Christmas. G&J made room the next day and were very patient with me when I kept calling back because I was trying to coordinate this from Salem while my daughter was in Corvallis. They treated her well and didn't try to sell me a bunch of part I didn't need - turned out that the calipers just needed to be cleaned. She had her car back in a few hours and I didn't have a huge repair bill! Thank you - definitely earned my repeat business!

We were very impressed with G&J Auto Center because they honored our AAA insurance membership and gave us # 1 customer & mechanical service. After our RV was towed to their shop in the mid afternoon we had within 1.5 hours a diagnosis and part ordered and repair to be completed by the next morning. Invest in some AAA Towing & road service coverage and use G&J for your repairs. We can't say enough great things about this auto center. Ron the service writer is # 1 in our repair book!

When I called to make an appointment for oil change and wheel alignment they said it will be 29 dollars, the person took details of my car make and model and quoted me the price, but after the car service he charged me 55 dollars when I asked why it was significantly more he responded in a raised voice that the car needs different filter which is expensive and takes 6 quarts of oil. As the appointment was made the model and make of the car was already mentioned and suddenly after the service they charged more. This was really a disappointment and unfair business i experienced. I will not be retuning

I went to this shop for almost 2 years without any issues, then my highlander just stopped running, it appeared to be electrical, the next day I cleaned the battery posts and it fired right up. The headlights would dim unless the engine was revved up, I suspected the alternator. I took it to Les Schwab for a free elec. load test and sure enough the alt. was not putting out enough power to keep the battery charged, etc... I scheduled an appt. with Ronnie and they said the alt. was fine. Not wanting to argue with a repair shop that refuses a repair I took it to another shop in town, they found

I have bought tires from these guys, had tire rotations and an alignment over the course of a couple years. They've taken care of me, and completed work on my car at reasonable prices, with high quality service. They have taken the time to talk to me about tire wear and worked with me on tire warranties. Had a leveling kit and a Warn heavy duty bumper guard put on my 2007 Ram 1500. Mike had impeccable customer service skills and I am very pleased with the result. These guys are friendly and honest. I just moved away from my last mechanic that I loved, and I was so worried about finding a new one, but these guys won me over. They didn't try to pull the "you're just a girl" thing with me and gave me honest answers. They even took me to work and picked me up when my car was done. I am very happy and will go back again.

I will preface this review with the note that the service at G&J is great. Everyone is nice and helpful.
HOWEVER. My husband and I purchased our tires here about a year ago, and when we started hearing some squeaking from our right brakes, we decided to bring it in to G&J to have them look at them. Long story short, we had the brakes replaced, only to hear the squeaking as soon as we got home.
We brought the truck back in and were told it was another issue. So we threw another $400 at the problem, all the while being told that this would fix it. Again, driving home, the ominous squeaking

I came here after I started getting that dreaded side-to-side jerking that happens right before a tire separates. So I quickly GPSed the nearest tire place and found G&J. They took a look at the tires and said that only two of them were real problems, and that they could swap out all of them but that only two really needed it if I wanted to spend less, so that was nice of them to point out (I eventually ended up getting all 4 out because they were old anyway). It ended up being a pretty good deal, less than I was expecting to pay.

Jeff at G & J did some car maintenance on a vehicle that was donated to a non-profit that I'm involved with. He donated the repairs and threw in two new tires!
The work was done quickly and his crew is friendly.
I did check his rates and his auto repair prices are competitive.
