East Texas Truck Center offers a large selection of heavy-duty trailers for you to choose from. The trailer brands we represent and service are Armor Lite Trailer, Trail King Trailer, Mac Trailer, Vanguard Trailer, Pitts Trailer, and Fontaine Trailer. We carry flatbed trailers, dry van trailers, pneumatic tank trailers, bottom & end dump trailers, lowboy trailers, Heavy-Haul trailers, and drop deck trailers.

The whole shop and employees are amazing! Dan the shop foreman always goes out of his way each and every time my truck comes into the shop. Scott has done a lot of work on my truck as well and he is very professional, he explains everything to me and repairs whatever may be the issue, not to mention they do extra things for service. The Girls up front Amy, Crystal, Ally, ALWAYS takes such good care of me and always gives me whatever I need and desire with no hassle. The repairs are ALWAYS done correctly and in a fast timely manner, the prices are very affordable and the service is absolutely Phenomenal

Dan is a overworked employee, to much on his plate. Scott by far is the best mechanic on the job. Our truck sat for 2 weeks at this shop with only 32 hours of labor done to it . It had to go back 3 times to fix the AC, because the mechanic never fixed it in the first place. It still has air leaks charged for repair 120$ hour to listen for an air leak. Not fixed. 10,000$ later and 13 days down time. Not a good shop. There over extended with work and promises they can’t deliver. No our truck won’t go back here for work. Overrated shop

This place is a top notch shop. Very knowledgeable experienced techs. The shop foreman Dan is awesome. He’s always willing to explain what we need and what we don’t need. He never tries to sell us parts or work we don’t need. He goes over all work and explains everything in great detail. They go the extra mile and strive for repeat customers. They understand the struggles of small business owner operators. I could go as far as writing a book about the quality service and customer service this place provides. I Called in Asked if they can look at my truck
They said yes everything agreed on asked if they Take EFS payment they said yes
When they got done I payd with an EFS
Sent them the code
Driver shows up day later to pick up the truck
Walks 2 miles to there and they told him
You need to go get an EFS check we don’t Cary them
We have everything els we don’t keep EFS
They wanted the driver to Walk 4 miles in the heat
To go to the truck stop to get one and come back.
Beacuse they didn’t want to go get it
It’s interesting how they keep everything els
Only thing they don’t is an EFS

I recommend this facility. The team from Jon and all of the employees did an excellent job of diagnosis and communication about my truck. Dan and Scott did a great job on the repairs. I had a bad turbo and oil leaks. After parts arrived they went to work and stayed late to finish up.
You just don't find dedicated people like this anymore. I will be going there every time I am in the area and need something done. Thanks to everyone there.
