Very nice lady. She didn't know how to file, especially for an almond or oval shape. She did almost ruin my nail shape completely. I had to file myself unfortunately. I didn't get a manicure, just removed no chip and replaced. She still cleaned up my cuticles a bit. Also left with some bumps and scratches on my shape. All for $40, not the worst. Will not be returning.

Not enough staff on hand, only one technician. Had just started a manicure for another customer when I arrived for my appointment. Asked for a simple french ombre with some glittery polish and she justsaid "we don't do that here". For my second choice color they were out of it so I just left because she was still fussing with the other customer. I'd rather do it at home by myself.

I have been going here for a long time circa 2009. I haven’t been in the last 3 years and wanted to revist. I am sad that I did. The place was not as clean as I remembered. I honestly did not see anyone sanitize anything. The techs were speaking in a language I did not understand (after speaking to me in clear English) and laughing between each other. The staff wasn’t even wearing masks (even though I was). It was not a relaxing experience.
The best part was their large nail polish selection. I am sad that this location is no longer a favorite. I will not return.

I've gone as a walk in & as an appointment. Always great service & when it comes to my nails I am very particular with my manicures. They do an excellent job & are attentive. They follow the COVID restrictions great. I always feel safe when going. Lastly, I've gotten a regular & a Gel manicure there. Both great, going on week 3 for the gel manicure

This place is my go to for a well done, clean manicure. I've searched high and low in chicago for a place that can do a good job like this and after 3-4 different nail shops that have left me completely disappointed, nail house has consistently had my nails looking gorgeous. A no chip manicure and pedicure will run you about $70. Bring cash for tip as they prefer it. And just note they don't do artificial nails in case that's what you're going for.

GREAT SALON! I went in to get a no chip- mani and spa pedi using a Groupon. Every staff member is nice and well informed. I went in early on a week day, but they quickly started to fill up. I had one of the men technicians and he worked so diligently on my feet and nails. I LOVE the results and the whole experience there. And its so cute they have SATC playing; it totally adds to the chill, fun, relaxed atmosphere. I will go again and happily pay full price.

I rolled in at 7:15 for a regular manicure. They said they had time to do it before they closed at 8:00. The manicure itself was fine aside from the nail painting. Halfway though the first coat I told the guy it looked streaky and lumpy. He said the 2nd coat would help. It didn't. I had an appointment at 8:30 I had to go to... and he was still painting my nails at 8:28. I also wanted an accent nail and he painted the same color on all the nails. I should have been paying better attention. But when he realized, he went to go remove the polish on those two nails and start over, but I just didn

I went to get a no-chip manicure exactly one week ago after work. Since all the employees were busy and I had walked in without an appointment, I had to wait a bu. It wasn't long before someone was able to take care of me. Usually I don't go to salons I'm not familiar with but I was very satisfied with how my nails turned out! Since I do a lot of typing and cleaning around the house, my nails usually chip in less than a week. 7 days later and my nails are in great shape! Will definitely come back. Everyone was very friendly!

I came in with a Groupon for a no chip manicure and pedicure at 10am, so it wasn't that busy. I'm satisfied with the look of my nails but it felt very rushed. As I was getting my pedicure, another technician asked to work on filing my nails/removing cuticles during it which completely took away from my experience. It was awkward. I've never had that happened to me at any other nail salon...definitely using my coins elsewhere.

Arrived a bit early for my appt and was told to pick a color and have a seat. I was taken to a pedicure station at my appt time. Everything went smoothly and my tech was thorough but could've spent a little longer exfoliating the bottoms of my feet. The polish job was immaculate. That goes for my hands too. I waited about 15 mins for my nails to dry and left hoping I wouldn't screw then up before dinner. Well I didn't! They dried quickly and perfectly. Was very happy with my bright and freshly manicured fingers and toes. The polish lasted a reasonable amount of time as well given

Thanks Uno and Nara for making my little girls 10th bday very special. The Nail House team arrived at home to paint the little gals happy for my daughters bday. It turned out fantastic despite not having all the spa amenities at home. .., everyone was super thrilled . From the few times I've gone here to get a pedicure, they do a great job at nails and there are not a lot of nail salons to choose from in the area within walking distance of where I live. However two things:
You absolutely need an appointment here, especially on the weekends. They are always booked/busy (probably going back there isn't a lot to choose from in the area.)
And why one star: They will give you the higher end pedicure ($37) aka "spa pedicure" if you just say "pedicure." You MUST say "$27 pedicure" or they default automatically to the more expensive

I do my own nails very well but when I don't feel like doing my own or need a quick polish change, this is my go to. They are always so friendly, and no matter who has done my nails, I have always been more than pleased. The attention to detail, the quality of service, and the experience you get for the price you pay is great. Their prices are also less than a handful of salons in the surrounding area. 5 stars!

Just moved to the LP area and love this place! The ladies are really nice and provide excellent service. I'm very happy with my no chip. They carry this new product called BGEL that doesn't weaken my nails and appreciate that this salon cares about the health of my nails. They have wonderful colors! I can't wait for my next visit!
