I had a Puronics softener and R/O system installed. First off Jose Espinoza was amazing! He is extremely focused on customer service and really went the extra mile to make me happy with my purchase. The installation was extremely quick and the installer made sure to go over all the equipment with me and his work to make sure everything was done to perfection. I cannot speak highly enough of Jose and his team.

I'm updating this review because I was contacted by the owner of Ameritek Industries. Apparently I was lied to by a service rep from Ameritek WATER (AW), which is on Azure in Las Vegas. I was told Ameritek Industries (AI) was no longer in business which is the company I purchased my water system from. The service rep who lied to me used to work for AI and now works for AW and is trying to steal the customers from AI away from them.
Tony works for AW as well as D used to be a manager at AI and now works for AW. They contacted me in 2019 and said they are now servicing water systems. As

The water system left a chemical taste in my mouth and I had trouble swallowing because my mouth was so dry. I started feeling sick after a few days and checked my vitals which were so high I went to the doctor. I asked them to remove the system and I.ve gotten the runaround. The soft water system has my tub so slippery I almost fell. I don’t like system and I.m having a hard time getting them to remove it. I really give zero stars.

Total waste of my time
The guy named d came and tried to sell us their product. Not really. I was the one requesting this service as I wanted better water for my family.
The price the service the presentation and my willingness and capability to move forward were all there. Where it went terribly wrong is when the guy flat out started lying about the terms and conditions. I gave him every way out asking for more clarity and all he wanted to do was to cover up his lie with more lies. Shame on them. And he was supposed to be a general manager so there should not be any b's excuse about not
