This company is the best! Sean was very informative as to our need for our purification system. He corrected all of the poor repair made by another company and connected our purification system to our refrigerator water dispenser, which was supposedly done by the prior company. Most surprisingly he did not charge an additional fee for the hookup. I have already recommended them to several friends.

The office is friendly. The technicians are great... technicians. We asked them to take a look at our water treatment system, which they installed previously. They ended up showing that the system caused a decrease in water pressure, which we anticipated.
That was all fine. But then, the technician, started to talk negatively about the current system in order to upsell and install one of his systems. The current system was installed 2 years ago with a 10year warranty. Instead of recommending what was best for the customer, which was to have the system replaced by the manufacturer at minimal

Best company I have ever worked with. We purchased a water softner and Reverse Osmosis system, they gave us the best price, excellent quality parts, installment and service. The two salesmen came to the house for demonstrations kind of like a time share meeting. I was bored Finally they gave us a price $8,495 even more than kinetico only difference was two tanks on soft water. He said are you kicking us out well yeah! They immediately knocked off $5,000. I had previously contacted another water treatment company and they quoted me a competitive price, but upon arriving, they tried hiking up the cost by $80.00 for some nonsense. I then contacted American Water Treatment, the information I received on the phone was very helpful and they installed the system flawlessly at the quoted price.
The technician was professional, friendly and showed up early, very happy with my reverse osmosis system!

As a residential property manager I've used American Water Treatment many times to change filters on Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and to replace RO Systems and Water Softeners. The company is honest and reliable. The office is friendly, the techs are responsive and knowledgeable and they service most makes and models. I've found other water companies are very limited with the brands they service so my go-to is always American Water Treatment. They've even changed out the RO on my personal residence. I highly recommend!

I just had this company out to service my old water system, it was at least 15 years old. The technician was really nice and knew his stuff. He was willing to fix my old system but after testing it recommended a new one that would in the end save me money! I decided to go with the new one and I'm so happy with it. It was installed so fast I couldn't believe it. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great people and family owned. I like patronizing those types of companies.., the backbone of our country

They are a family owned business. If i call and have a problem they try and walk you threw it on the phone. They are VERY knowledgeable about anything with water treatment. I called off a post card i got and they sent someone right out to mu house gave me a free demo and a 25$ gift card to home depot. Sean was really nice and fixed the system i had for free. (it was an old system that was in the house when i bought it) It ended up braking from old age (as sean told me it might do) He sold me a system for 1,200 and installed it for free i later than got a Reverse osmosis system for only 450 and
