Such a positive experience working with Clean Earth Septic Service! From the office workers and scheduling, to the friendly fellow who came to do the work, all around pleasant experience. The price is fair, they are an honest local business, and they take the time to answer questions and give a thorough explanation of the in's and out's of septic mechanics. Very professional, and arrived right on time for an 8:00am pumping out appointment. Performed a full examination of our septic tank/system and explained all of the components and that it all was working well. Also offered to add us to their postcard reminder system-was very happy to say yes to this because we will definitely be using them the next time. HIGHLY recommend!

They pumped our septic tank. Got through on first attempt, scheduled about a week out, arrived on time (actually a little early for which they apologized), did the work, left no mess. Paid by debit card at the truck. Pricing was below average for the Ithaca area. Not the cheapest, but I'm glad we went with them.
