What I liked most about working with Jason (owner) is that he is a man of his word, which is sadly becoming a thing of the past. He worked with me to get a new septic system installed on a house I was selling. The issue was that the system was to be installed after I sold the house, funded through escrow. Before the sale, he quoted me a price, and stuck to it to the penny. He had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation since escrow was funded to 1.5x his quote, and I had moved across the country! But instead, JASON KEPT HIS PROMISE by holding to the quoted price. This was even after
