Looked for a long time for a good deal on a Range Rover Sport with low miles and the options I wanted. Found what I thought was a "too good to be true" price on the vehicle I wanted at Radical Auto. Run away from this place. Most likely lots of fake good reviews on here. I purchased a Porsche Macan and discovered 2 weeks later the car had a major oil leak, which turned out to be a 12000$ job at Porsche. They lied to me about the car having a defect, sold it to me as his at a normal price. They obviously knew about the leak. These people are thieves, I have no other words for them. This leak happens to be a classic non warranty covered issue for Macans. The entire engine had to be taken out.. after telling them the problem they told me that they could fix it in their " garage "

I highly recommend Radical and especially the service of Kenia and Asly! They did an amazing job helping us with our purchase. We financed with our bank and that process was a bit longer, but Kenia made sure to assure us throughout the whole process. The car was already in amazing condition, but they were more than kind enough to replenish the interior at no extra cost. The process was smooth & fast. Most of the paper work & financial process was done over the phone, so when we go there all we had to do was sign paperwork & we were out the door in 30min (including test drive) which is ridiculously awesome. Most dealers will have you sit there waiting for 4+ hrs. But not Radical Auto!

I purchased an Audi Q7 along with GAP insurance in 11/2020. I ended up refinancing the loan a month later. called to have GAP canceled and found out that Radical never sent paperwork. Took them a month to fix issue and then pretended they didn’t mess up. Been going back and forth with them till today about GAP refund I’m owed and they keep acting stupid and making excuse after excuse.

I needed to sell my car fast and wasn’t sure how i’d be able to during this pandemic. I reached out to Radical and spoke to George and i’m so grateful that i did. George did a fantastic job, it was so easy and so fast. All i had to do was give him some more info on the car over the phone, and he came the same day to pick up the car with a check in hand for my payment! I still can't get my gap coverage canceled. I definitely never got the reimbursement they offered me for all the repairs the car being sold needed. Now, I've called several times with no one calling me back and the receptionist saying no one in that office is in til tomorrow.
Wah wah wah, etc etc, used car salesman are stereotyped for a reason.

Mike and John are both 100% class acts. They made everything so smooth - from my trade-in (which they gave me a VERY fair price on) to coming with me for a pre-paid inspection and working with my budget.
On top of all that, their patience and professionalism is unparalleled. I've never trusted a car dealer so much - btw, I work in auto journalism, so I know all the ins and outs of car sales. The experience you get at a big dealer vs Radical is night and day. ZERO pressure and nothing but patience. Mike's also hilarious.

I went to the other location on 1401 w Burbank .. that have higher end vehicles ... plus the two brothers are nice and straight to the point ... at no point did I feel pressured .... I bought an 08 Mercedes e class .. I went directly to my mechanic afterwards and he said so far everything looks really good .... so, so far I've had a great experience... if anything else happens I will update u guys ...

My go-to dealership when I think of upgrading my car. Recently I bought a Porsche Panamera and couldn't be happier. This is the second car I purchase from Radical Auto and will certainly come back for my next one.
After 4 days, the car showed a "full maintenance service" warning in the dashboard which they took care of, without any cost on my end whatsoever.

I bought an Audi A6 in January, the financing was great , but the car had some minor issues, they fixed all but one which was the rear panels on the driver and passenger seat needed clips and instead they put two way tape to fix the problem, the tape didn't hold so I took it back a second time and talk to George about buying the clips instead of putting two way tape ( 4 clips each side about $8.00 each) I left the vehicle there for a few days so they can fix the rear panels, when I picked the vehicle up, George reassured me that the rear panels had a clips ,and it would never come loose again
