My husband I were in town celebrating our 17th anniversary. We scheduled a "Couples Massage" at VIVO Hair Salon & Day Spa. I've had massages before, but my hubby never had one. He was a bit apprehensive and kinda complained about it. We arrived a few minutes early incase we had some paperwork to fill out.
Turns out, we did. My first impression of VIVO was that it was probably one of the cleanest salons I've ever been to. Ok time for our massage. We went into the room that was nicely decorated & the tables were very comfortable. We undressed and waited. My Massage person was male & my husbands was female.

Amazing experience with microblading. I went in feeling a little tentative about the potential results (it's your face, who wouldn't be) and am loving the results. I had my touch up today and walked away even happier than after my initial appointment, after which I was ecstatic. At both the initial appointment and the touch up Vi really listened to me about what I wanted and made me feel so at ease when it came to color matching and overall brow style, giving me incredibly natural looking results and clear instructions on how to get the best turnout. I got a couples massage which was very good. I definitely recommend. The reduction in stars comes from the fact that I wasn't asked ahead of time if I wanted CBD massage oil used on me. I'm a federal employees who gets randomly drug tested and I would have appreciated a heads up. Because of this, it ruined the relaxation I felt after the massage. If this is a concern for you, I'd ask them about it before the massage starts.

I moved back from Vegas so g[t spoiled with salons out there. I read reviews and tried here. My hair was a wreck at best and I am impatient to sit and do hair. Service was excellent. I put a deposit down as I am a new customer but now they will be stuck with me. Super clean and relaxing environment. As a healthcare person and covid I was comfortable. You wear a mask. She did a lovely job on my hair. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Her husband washed out my hair and I fell asleep with the scalp massage. I had a massage and a haircut today. Make sure you call in advance, same day service is unlikely (which is a good sign if you ask me). Vi did a great job on my haircut and her husband does the best shampoo ever! Marla did my massage, she really listened to my needs and delivered great service. Looking forward to returning.

I came here for a massage as a treat to myself after breaking my foot a few months ago and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, the massage was wonderful and everyone was lovely and so friendly. I would recommend Vivo to anyone looking for a nice day of pampering!

What a gem! A friend and I visited Harpers Ferry in August. After a morning rafting on the river, we went for our massage appointments. I had scheduled them in advance, and I received confirmations and reminders of the appointment. We arrived and as soon as we entered, I knew we had come to the right place. The salon is clean, comfortable and soothing. The owners were very professional and welcoming. We had booked deep tissue massages. It ended up being a mixed therapy massage, and I am very happy with that outcome. It was right up there with the best massages I've had. The price was reasonable

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our first anniversary. We both found it amazing and relaxing - my husband started snoring partway through. I get migraines that correlate with neck pain, and the man working on me traced my neck tightness all the way down my back into my glutes. It blew my mind. Definitely worth the price (which seemed reasonable to us).

Came here after a lot of miles on the Appalachian Trail, and boy what a treat! I've had lots of massages in my life (retired Army-lots of marching:)...
but this is massage I will remember for a long while because it was just so detailed and Perfect! Never felt rushed.
Tina was just amazing, very detail-oriented (I believe she even massaged my eyebrows haha) ... Followed the full body massage with a foot scrub, and I feel like a gazillion dollars.
Maybe even six gazillion dollars.

I visited Vivo during an anniversary trip with my husband in Harpers Ferry. We booked a couples spa package, which included hot stone massages side by side, facials and pedicures. The technician who gave me my massage was great! She did a wonderful job and my husband enjoyed his technician as well. We had wine while getting pedicures and I had mine done by one of the owners, he did a great job and was very friendly. Overall it was a relaxing experience and we will definitely be returning.

My family and I have been on a road trip visiting various locations throughout the east coast. We stopped to visit family in Harpers Ferry after 3 days of walking through New York City. Every muscle in my body hurt. I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Khuong! He used hot towels and hot stones during my deep tissue massage which really helped relieve a lot of my tight muscles. I feel amazing now. All of the staff members were super helpful, very kind and welcoming. The location is very warm and quaint. We will definitely will be back next time we're in town!

Loved this place. Came in very last minute for a Brazilian wax a few weeks ago (I had literally called maybe 2 hrs before hand and they still fit me in that day!)
It was quick after a short wait, which was probably because I called so last minute, and as painless as something like that could be. Very clean and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I came here to get my eyebrows simulated, since I virtually had none due to over plucking through out the past years.
I must say the job was done very nicely filled in, however; one brow was shorter than the other, and I had request SEVERAL times for my inner corner brows to be rounded, not squared off . So, as you can imagine, my brows were not only uneven in length ( in which I had not noticed, but my friends sure did and made sure I knew it too), but they also had square inner corners.
So, if you want Tattooed brows ( Not microbrowing) and you look good with squared off inner corner

OMG! Got a Deep tissue massage and my masseuse placed the deep in deep tissue massage. She was careful to ask me my pain threshold with certain pressure points and was in gentle in areas that were sensitive. The place was clean and had Great energy. I will have to come back and book a Manny-paddy. Would recommend this place and will be back when I am in Harpers Ferry again

I needed a new stylist/colorist when we moved to town so I tried Vivo. I'll never be back. They ran out of hot water while I was getting my hair washed, they got hair dye on the back of my shirt, the dye washed out of my hair in a week. I've been getting my hair dyed for over 20 years and I have never had a dye job wash out in a week, much less had a colorist get dye all over the back of my shirt. I have a very short hair style so there's really no excuse except laziness/sloppiness. It wasn't just a little spot or two, it was a huge area about 6" across and 3" deep

Just had my second visit to this spa and once again a fantastic experience. Second time getting a massage here and first time for mani-pedi. Obviously the masseuse was great otherwise I wouldn't have come back. Did the deep tissue treatment I needed for my sore muscles and the mani-pedi was also excellent. It was nicely decorated and is comparable in price to the larger mani-pedi places. The difference here is you have a super staff that are friendly and accommodating - you don't feel like you are in a cattle car of other mani-pedi customers.
