Awful!!! got my eyebrows threaded . The women seemed new snd she did a poor job . I have come before and was satisfied but this time I was not. Not friendly/ not great at threading

Miriam was the best! She really knows what she’s doing!! She kept my eyebrows thick and gave them the shape I want. She really goes above and beyond to make sure your eyebrows look how you want :)

Mariam is my favorite, she is so efficient and great at threading. I love her final face massage. Highly recommend her.

Im so sad the chantilly location closed down because they were so great! they always made me feel so welcomed and were so polite.
i came to the ashburn area and felt the service was extremely unprofessional. i also don’t think they realized that i could understand what they were saying when they were speaking in a different language.
i had made an appointment for waxing and threading, but when i came in, they asked me what i wanted, so i politely reminded them. i was taken back into a room for waxing and was given a thin sheet to wear. usually when i get waxed, i am given privacy to take clothing

By far one of my worst eyebrow threading experiences. I made sure to tell Mariam the lady threading my eyebrows that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick and only wanted the extras removed. By the time she was done my eyebrows were thinner than what I came in with. After I pointed that out she then proceeded to blame me for not telling her what I wanted even after I had told her what I wanted from the get go. She then proceeded to tell me that if I continued to get my eyebrows thread from her she would make sure they got to the thick shape I wanted them to be!
Never going back, please do yourself

Eyebrow threading
Would never go back to the salon. Ended up with too thin , two different eyebrows. They don't communicate to the client at all to know what they want.
I miss the pregnant lady staff who did it for me earlier. She was so good at it.

Worst blow dry ever. the hair stylist is rude and she is not even skilled at a level you expect a salon worker to be. My hair was left dry and she did gave me the worst blow dry ever. No volume no bounce no luster she did nothing good with them. and i hv only shoulder length hair she said i hv to charge you extra that totally blew my mind. they dnt look good and i pay extra. Eye brow lady is good and does a decent job but never go there for any hair services.

It takes me multiple visits to write a review for a business! People engage themselves in a business only because they have a vision and passion to do it and hence I would not question that at all! Now, sana has been here for a while and I think they are giving their best - whether it wax or color or eyebrows.. they do a fabulous job! Talk to them and see how you work it out with them- they are fantastic!

I called 10 minutes before my appointment to make an appointment, then drove over and got my legs waxed in 14 minutes flat. I still have time to get some lunch, yay!

I've been going to Sana Day Spa for years now and I really like it (hence why I've gone back so many times). My eyebrows are naturally uneven and I'm extremely picky about how they look, so I won't comment much about the threading but they do it quickly and the wait time is typically a few minutes if not none. The hairdresser there on the other hand is the main reason why I go there! I don't let anyone else cut my hair and it's because Shoko listens to what I want and gives me great advice. I've never walked out of there with a bad haircut!

My first time at Sana was the worst experience. Went for hair color and cut. Color didn't come out of my hair properly and was also stuck to my forehead which she said it will come out easy because she put Vaseline. For blow dry she did some blow dry and then curled my hair with a curling iron. Wouldn't recommend them for hair to anyone.

Good place to get your eyebrows done plus walk-ins are allowed. However, the hair tech did a terrible job with my hair. Hair cut was terrible, the blow dry lasted like less than 2 hours. Even the hair wash was bad (I had water in my ears after the hair wash).

My wife went to get an eyebrow threading. The tech ripped extra eyebrow hair and blamed it on my wife.

Really?!?

This was the last time we go there.

I posted the hack job they did on my eyebrows on 11/10 and they removed my post without even a whisper of an apology so screw you Sana Day Spa. There are other ways to make sure people know about my experience.

This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done and all the ladies speak when I arrive.

Only have gone once. It's busy but they try not y keep you waiting long. Will go again for Saku she was good. Good price

Love this place....I usually get threading done, but also tried haircut. The lady did a very well job. I love my hair cut. She did awesome job. I recommend this place.

Went for an eyebrow threading. She did a good job. Listened to my request to keep them full - I will definitely go back. My only complaint is that the chair felt like it was going to fall over - a little un-nerving, but not a deal breaker.

My goto for brow maintenance. Because uncivilized brows are just... Uncivilized. They follow it with a fragrant temple massage. Walk-ins welcome.

I got my eyebrows threaded and they came out really good. I called at 5 and they saw me at 6. Couldn't ask for more. I would recommend them.
