In our fast-paced, ever-changing world, it's too easy to avoid or ignore the importance of our emotional well-being. Therefore, finding time to slow down; to focus on understanding our emotions, thoughts, and feelings is essential. It helps address the anxieties that hold us back from becoming our true selves.

Consider therapy as fitness for the mind. It is as important as eating well and doing exercise when getting physically fit. Furthermore, investing the time to identify what patterns from your past are causing present stressors or anxieties, enables you to enact the changes required to create a more balanced you.

To offer a compassionate, individualized, and creative approach to patient care. In addition, as a psychiatrist and mental health counselor, I integrate a wide range of therapies to best serve the need of my clients. Psychotherapy reveals an understanding of yourself through the identification of habitual, repetitive or ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.
Online Therapy
Report
As a preventative measure and under the CDC recommendation for social distancing, I conduct HIPPA compliant, video-based, online therapy and medication. As we approach the end of this unprecedented year and distancing measures remain in place, I am committed to building my clients' resiliency as we navigate these challenging times.
Consultation
Report
Effective treatment begins with a thorough consultation, and comprehensive psychiatric assessment leading to a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. To this end, this can usually take a few sessions, requiring a detailed history of your problems and complaints, as well as your family and medical history.
Psychotherapy
Report
As a Midtown West Psychiatrist I work with my clients to focus on the psychological root of their emotional suffering. Much of our mental life occurs outside of our awareness. This is because sometimes our thoughts, feelings, and wishes are too painful to acknowledge or we feel they are wrong or forbidden.
