I am reading all these negative comments about Ressa Real Estate and itt really must be disgruntled people with agendas. I not only lived in a Ressa property but I also worked for them for years as a roofing contractor. I have never seen a property management comoany that was as responsive to problems as them. If something breaks or wears out they fix it fast. Maurice the maintenance man is friendly, easy to deal with and responsive. At the office, Stephanie is a lovely person. She too responds quickly to any sort of issue a tenant may be having. Do not believe everything you read. Do your own

I rented a home from Ressa for eight years and I have never had such a professional landlord. Rob Mayer the Manager is just incredible. He would always call back promptly whenever I had a problem and would get the proper service needed to my home promptly. The office staff was always helpful and friendly. Stephanie thank you for all your help over the years. If you need a place to rent in Port Washington you should check them out. I was very happy living in a Ressa home.

We were misled by Spellman Realty hired by Ressa Mgmt. for Manorhaven Blvd apts. They were only interested in getting their fee. Did not consider what kind of place they were trying to rent to us.
No maintenance ever on property. Snow not shoveled off sidewalks, parking lot(for 5 cars only) never salted, or plowed. Thin walls with inconsiderate neighbors. Drafts from every window and a/c unit....electric heat very costly. Neighborhood is anything but quiet.....constant noise from cars, dogs barking, kids running wild, fire whistle blaring every day, locals hanging out on the corner. Counted the
