Little Friends Learning Center is a private, non-profit Christian organization, licensed by the state of California. Our teachers meet all state educational qualifications and provide loving understanding guidance to each child. We are sponsored in part by Citrus Heights Friends Church, a Bible-based Christian organization.

Our educational purpose is to promote the healthy development of the young child in a safe and loving environment. Our staff utilizes a variety of methods and materials to stimulate the child's natural desire to learn. Our lesson plans encourage creative expression, discovery and learning through hands on projects.

Enrollment Report

Admission to Little Friends Learning Center is open to all children aged two to five years old. Little Friends is open all year from Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We welcome you to make an appointment. If you are interested in enrolling your child in Little Friends, please contact us by calling 916-726-5758 or email us at LittleFriends@surewest.net to check for openings or ask any questions.

Where to begin? Little Friends was my kids' home away from home. All of the teachers, Miss Cyndi, Miss Dawnmarie, Miss Sammy, Miss Bri, and so many more, made my kids feel loved. They helped my 2 yr old boy develop socially and mentally and brought him out of his shell. And my 4 yr old daughter made so many friends and always had silly stories to tell me about school. Lots of one on one attention, patience, and nurturing. Thanks little Friends. ❤️❤️❤️

Only place and staff that I'd trust leaving my toddler with. I volunteered here when most of the same staff were working and it made me find a compassion and love for working with children that lead to working with special needs children. I learned ways to react and be patient and nurturing that I implement as a mom now.
I have very few family members that have watched my daughter but Little Friends will always be my absolute first choice for childcare. If not me, them.

Both of my children attended Little Friends. I cannot say enough good things. My little ones loved going each day and I felt at ease leaving them. The staff is the best - loving, nurturing, organized... and most importantly they greeted my children each day with a hug and a smile.

This daycare & Preschool is a wonderful place for little ones to learn, to have fun, and great care:. All the teachers are so good with the children. Teachesr are licensed for Daycare and Preschool as well as the Directors. My kids loved it there.

My daughter attended Little Friends for a good year for preschool and day care. She loved going and really enjoyed all of her teachers! Great experience, the directors were able to work with me if I needed to change any days and affordable.

My oldest went to Little Friends back in 2014, we had such a great experience that when it was time for my daughter to go to preschool (2019) it was no question. The teachers and staff are amazing, and treat the children like their own family. My son loved it and my daughter loves the school curriculum, playtime, teachers and friends!
