At the time when the trip was booked with KP Travel Group, my husband and I were still engaged as this trip that we booked was our honeymoon. Both of us had no traveling experience and Kathryn made the whole process very easy for us. She’s very responsive, I must have asked about 100+ questions (I felt bad because I felt like I was being really annoying lol) but she always replied in a professional manner and always made sure to have a detailed response to all of my questions. We booked a week for an all inclusive resort in Cancun which has been absolutely wonderful!! We’re having so much fun

Kathryn did an outstanding job setting up our honeymoon. Everything went smoothly, there were no issues, and the resort was exactly the way she described it! The accommodations were fantastic and we had a wonderful time. From helping us to pick the resort based on what we wanted to making sure we were prepared for travel, everything was top notch. We will definitely use her in the future!

Worked with KP Travel for a large group 40th birthday trip to Miami. The experience was wonderful, right down to the details. We were set up at an amazing resort in North Miami Beach. Our group checked in to our hotel room, which had a personalized gift basket sent by KP Travel. Nice touch! We had an amazing and memorable stay. Our only issue was that the hotel charged us a resort fee, which they were not supposed to due to us going through KP Travel. But, KP was able to contact the hotel, do all the leg work, and get that charge removed from our bill. Amazing personalized service and lots of knowledge
