Amazing! we had so many issues with our trip and she handled every single one from start to finish with true professionalism and amazing responsive time. She was amazing when our flight got cancelled a week before our trip to our orginal destination, and got us rebooked for another destination and new flights within 24 hours. She made sure we had everything listed and ready to go with no issues. Called sandals to make sure everything was to our needs and meet with perfection. I will definitely use her for all future trips!!

Kelly helped my girlfriend and I plan a trip to Europe recently. She arranged all accommodations, tours/day trips, and flights and transportation, and provided recommendations when we weren't sure about certain things.
We were very impressed with how communicative, flexible, and willing to help when issues came up Kelly was. We certainly were not the easiest customers to handle (had to move the entire trip at one point and some flights were rerouted), but she was always there to help when issues arose! Her ability to rebook the trip on short notice was pretty amazing.

Kelly Marchand handled all of our travel for a wonderful Alaskan vacation with Uncruise that was originally booked for 2020. Once it was clear we would be unable to travel, she rebooked everything and managed all of our anxiety throughout. She responded quickly to our emails, even those during odd hours during our trip to make some airline changes. Kelly was great!

Kelly Helped plan our family vacation starting in 2019. We had a cruise planned as well as a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. She had every accommodation and detail covered for the trip. She had all transportation covered for our large family number, all meal planning, resort and hotel reservations, even our theme park passes and events!! The month of our cruise, the cruise line cancelled the cruise. With little notice, Kelly was able to cancel all unnecessary plans, and then book a whole new itinerary on the fly!!! One of the best trips ever. Went to Europe in February 2020 and really enjoyed all the careful planning by the agency. They've been in business since 1945 and their experience shows in the itinerary and hotel planning. We started in Rome, ended in Venice, total of 10 days. We stayed in nice (5 star out of 6) hotels, with custom tours. On the tours, just the 2 of us vs being on a big bus.

We will use Shelton Travel again.

Kelly has planned two trips on my behalf: our daughter’s honeymoon to Antigua and a recent trip my wife and I took to London, Paris and Amsterdam. Our daughter’s honeymoon by her and her husband’s experience was memorable, unforgettable. Every detail planned out. It was a dream come true. Similarly, our European adventure to commemorate our 35th anniversary was impeccably planned. Kelly’s recommendations and guidance for private tours, advance reservations, transportation were excellent ! We’re already thinking about other trips and Kelly and Shelton will be doing the planning !
