As we struggle to keep up with the hectic pace of our busy lives, we may find ourselves longing for simplicity, inner peace, and deeper meaning; for a way to heal our bodies, our spirits, and ourselves. Though at times we look for outside sources to guide us, somewhere deep inside we know that we must slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and listen to our own inner voice.

I love this studio so much. Everyone is very welcoming. I enjoy all the classes that I attend. The instructors are great. They give you many options so you can work at your level. I never knew how much I would enjoy yoga physically, spiritually, and mentally until I took a class at this studio. Yoga has enriched my life. I can't say enough about all the great things at Wellness in Motion!

I am so happy I found this yoga studio. I have been wanting to try and do more yoga for years. However, I was nervous that I wouldn't fit in or feel behind compared to others. A friend convinced me to give this place a try and so glad I did! All the instructors are extremely nice, kind, and not judgmental at all. Fellow classmates are the same and all at varying levels of skill. You never feel embarrassed if you can't quite do a move or fall over. I am also glad they were able to continue to offer the classes virtually during COVID. It's given me a chance to try a few classes in the comfort of

I joined the Wellness in Motion (WIM) family almost a year ago. I'm hooked! Nice variety of classes at different times of the day, evenings and weekends. Outstanding instructors. Friendly. Caring. Supportive. Always willing to accommodate all levels of ability. They've got the Zoom thing figured out. Excellent communication through a variety of platforms. They keep it fresh with special events, book clubs, and updating classes and the schedule based on member feedback. Practicing with WIM has helped me stay physically, mentally, and spiritually balanced during a rather tumultuous 2020. Invest in

We are so grateful for Wellness in Motion and for Kathleen in particular. Our child is a little bit anxious and really needs the peace that a yoga session can bring. Miss Kathleen's youth sessions are so warm, so fun for kids of every ability level, and are just what our daughter need to unwind and feel a little more in control.
We send all our kids to the parents' night out and it's a great party with a mix of active and calm fun.

I just love the classes and the workshops offered at Wellness in Motion! There are classes for all levels of practitioners, from those just beginning to those who have been practicing for over a decade, and every student is made to feel welcome! I love the community of teachers and students at the studio! As a graduate of the YTT program I can also attest to the high quality of the education and background that is offered to trainees as well.
