I worked with Leading Edge as an officer of a condo complex several years ago. After a very bad experience with another company we had gone with no one and decided to revisit the property manager route. We were extremely pleased with Leading Edge, finding them professional, responsive and courteous. I would highly receommend working with them as an alternative to the "big box - charge you for everything" property managers. Solid local family business.

Worst business ever. They keep renewing the sprinkler maintenance company when the company is making a mess of our yards; no proper irrigation, inadequate watering times, failure to correct sprinkler timers when the time changes. Our yards have no grass now, only weeds. The worst part is Corey yells and curses at residents because he resents the work he has to do. Why is he on the job? I would not recommend anyone to live in an HOA neighborhood under this company.

This management company is not responding if you have problem to be fix.Bad and very slow management let us lost buyers when we want to sell our unit. They didn't respond for buyer application.Other agents and condo owners complained as well when we spoke with them. Our maintenance fees going every month to pay for service they suppose to do and they never answer phone calls. Why then they should get pay for by us?

Leading Edge CAM and Ben Commons will do NOTHING to resolve issues on your property. The condo above mine has flooded my condo twice due to bad plumbing that was a direct result of the condo owner. This management company will do NOTHING to resolve issues.. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Instead of contacting the owner and moving them toward getting their plumbing fixed OR at worst begin fining them until they fix their plumbing, Ben has done NOTHING.

I was going to buy a condo at Normandy Park North in Clearwater Florida upon further review of the condo association they are delinquent in bills and are over they're percentage of investor owned condos for that reason my lender would not Finance the condo I paid $185 and they are refusing to pay it back.
